When you provide us with a sample from the original cabinetry for colour matching, you will often need that piece returned. Please read through this article to see how best to communicate this to us.
Adding the item/instruction to your order
- Go to the Cabinets/Panels page of your room.
- Click Add Cabinet/Panel.
Add the product
Select Paint Sample to be Returned from Miscellaneous -> Items Supplied by Store.
If you also want the sample to be repainted for any reason, you will need to order a Respray Door insead. Add a comment to say it is the sample colour for painting also.
Specify dimensions
Enter the Height, Width and Depth of the sample piece.
This makes it easy to locate and identify.
Close dialog box to complete entry.
Once you have completed this item and entered any other items that may require ordering, to the room, then follow the process to order a room.
