Journals are documented on each Customer Order, in order to contain all correspondence for a job in 1 place.

1. To access the page you first need to choose the Customer/Job.
2. Then click on the Journals icon across the top. (It will only be activated once a job has been selected.)

You will then be taken to the journals page.
Here you can review the correspondence for that job.
