This article explains how to change the hinge hardware so that the door only gets drilled.
In the Edit Cabinet dialog box...
Once you have got to the edit screen, just click the Hardware line to bring up the Edit Hardware menu.
Scroll to the bottom of the list. Here you will find Hinge Drilling. Click it to expand the options and select Standard Drilling.
This prices in drilling of a 35mm cup and the two 8mm locating holes, in the most common Blum pattern (Hettich is different).
