How do I change the date of delivery?

Please follow the steps in this article when requesting a delivery date to be changed.

Before going ahead with this procedure, make sure you are aware of the policy for delaying delivery date of an order.

  1. Select order you want to change.
  2. Check the Status of the order.
  3. Go to the Journals page.

Ask a question in the journals

Click the menu button and select Ask a question.

Complete the Ask a question form

  1. Select Ask Cabinets Online support staff from the "Who to ask" selection box.
  2. Select Delivery from the topic selection box.
  3. Enter something into the Subject to give an indication of what you will be asking.
  4. Put the requested date into the Question box. You can also give reasoning if you wish.
  5. Click Save.

This is how your request will appear in the journals.

You will receive a response via the journal system when your request has been effected or not. Please don't assume the date has been approved until either the EDD changes or you are notified.
