How do I add another contact?

There may be multiple contacts required for your order, follow these steps to find out how to add extra contacts.

Selecting Add contact

After choosing your room, go to the Contacts page and select Add contact from the menu button.

Select the type of contact

Select the type of contact

Choose the most appropriate Role for the contact you want to add.

  1. Select a favourite from this list if you already have favourites to add. Go to the next step to learn how this works.
  2. Enter Name of contact.
  3. Enter Address of contact.
  4. Enter numbers. Not all are required.
  5. Enter Email address of contact.
  6. Click Save button.

Click the down arrow to view your saved favourites. To make a new favourite follow the substep below.

One you have created the contact once. Click the menu button and select Make-favourite. This will add it to the favourites list for that Role.

Setting contacts as the Delivery Contact and Address

  1. Setting a contact as the Delivery Contact means that the selected Role will be emailed the day before delivery and called on the day of delivery.
  2. Setting a contact as the Delivery Address means that their address information will be printed on the dispatch report for the logistics company to deliver to.
  3. As you can see, certain Roles are made ineligible for specification as the Delivery Contact or Address.
