What are the lead time guidelines?

Lead times are the anticipated number of working days we expect to produce an order.

Standard Lead Times

These guidelines are based on working days and only include the day of order if placed before 6am.

Where possible we will adhere to these guidelines, but at times of peak production, there may need to be extra allowances.

When your order has passed through Pre-Production and is Accepted, your date is locked in. This means it will be delivered that day, guaranteed. (Barring any extenuating circumstances, to which you will be notified, as soon as we find out.)
However, you are able to adjust the EDD, providing circumstances fit into our policy

Adjustments

  • If you are submitting Digital drawings, using Cabinet Vision, the time is reduced by 1 day.
  • If the order contains glass frame doors (not including Aluminum) lead time is to be increased by 1 day.
