How do I change a delivery address?

This article will explain the process for changing the delivery address for your order.

Add a "deliver to" contact

Once in the job:

  1. Go to the Contacts page
  2. If there are no contacts the Add Contact pop up will display immediately (skip the next step), otherwise go to the menu button and click Add contact.

Select Deliver to for the role.

Fill out the details.

  1. All this information needs to be completed for a delivery address to be appropriately created.
  2. Manually Enter Details can be used if you can't find the suburb you are looking for.
  3. Click Save to continue.

  1. Change the Delivery Address selection from the Customer role to the Deliver to role.
  2. If there are new Delivery Contact details, they can be entered into the Deliver to role and that can be set as the Delivery Contact as well.
