How do I add a delivery address?

This article will explain the process for applying a delivery address to your job.

Once in the job:

  1. Go to the Contacts page
  2. If there are no contacts the Add Contact pop up will display immediately (skip the next step), otherwise go to the menu button and click Add contact.

You will require a Customer contact as a minimum. If the delivery address is the same as the customers address, you will only need a Customer contact. To specify the cabinets to be delivered to a different address, select Deliver to and fill out the address details.

  1. All this information needs to be completed for a delivery fee to be appropriately generated.
  2. Manually Enter Details can be used if you can't find the suburb you are looking for.
  3. Click Save to continue.

  1. In this example there is only a Customer role because the order is being delivered to the customers address.
  2. You can see that the Customer is selected as the Delivery Contact, this means when delivery happens they will contact the numbers in this Role. This contact will need to be on site at the time of delivery to receive the goods.
  3. The Customer is also selected as the Delivery Address, that means their address will be what appears on the dispatch report and be delivered to.

In this example the order is not being delivered to the customers address but instead to the Deliver to address. The Customer will still be contacted and will need to be on site to accept delivery.
