How is it constructed? How do i modify this cabinet?

Updated on

A Base Servery 2 Door  is constructed in a captive gable method, meaning that the gables are sitting on top of the bottom (see front view below), this method helps to distribute the weight evenly through the legs. The difference between a Servery door and a Base door is that the Servery door extends past the bottom to the floor (minus some clearance). The front legs are set up 18mm back from the front of the carcass so a whiteboard kick face can be installed directly behind the doors.

As standard the Servery 2 Door comes with 4 legs, an adjustable shelf, a back scribe, 2 hinged doors and a whiteboard kick face to sit behind the doors. For instructions on modifying this cabinet please see below.
