Updated on

1. Select Kit Menu Bar

2. Select Add Hardware

3. Select Heat Deflectors

4. Choose Which Heat Deflector You Need For the Scenario (see below for which scenario you have)

5. Change The QTY you will need 1 deflector for each adjacent vinyl panel to the heat source

For a UBO you will need strait deflectors left and right and angled deflectors top and bottom.(provided there are vinyl panels adjacent)

For a wall oven you will need 4 angled deflectors (provided there are vinyl panels adjacent)

The bottom heat deflector is an angle deflector, screwed to the front of the carcass through the fixed shelf. There is a 2mm air gap between the top of the drawer and the heat deflector. The heat deflector itself is 2mm thick. The top of the heat deflector sits flush with the top of the fixed shelf.

The top heat deflector is an angle deflector, screwed to the front of the carcass through the left and right gables. There is a 2mm air gap between the bottom of the top rail and the heat deflector.  The heat deflector itself is 2mm thick.

Overall there should be 608mm between the top rail and the drawer. This allows for 2mm air gap top and bottom and 2mm of heat deflectors top and bottom.

Even though the UBO will be ordered at 600 wide on your plan you should allow 602 space for the the UBO. This is just a matter of reducing the cabinets either side of UBO by 1mm each.
